APC Token and Ecosystem Disclosure

Last Updated: September 30, 2026 Reporting Date: October 1, 2026 Disclosure Version: 1.0

This page provides public disclosure of material information relating to the APC token, including token supply, circulation, allocation wallets, scheduled token releases, business development, security information, material changes, and Whitepaper revisions.

APC intends to maintain this page as an ongoing disclosure record. Information will be updated when material changes occur or when periodic supply, circulation, business, or security information requires updating.

1. Basic Token Information

APC is intended to function as a utility token within the Ai Pay With Crypto ecosystem.

Holding APC does not, solely by virtue of token ownership, represent equity or ownership in APC or any affiliated entity and does not provide a dividend, profit-sharing or revenue-sharing entitlement, principal protection, or a fixed or guaranteed financial return.

APC is not intended to be pegged to any fiat currency or other asset and is not intended to be redeemable by the issuer for a fixed amount of fiat currency or another asset.

Bringing Key Token Information Together

Digital-asset projects evolve over time. Product capabilities expand, business priorities change, and token distribution schedules progress. Maintaining accessible records of these developments helps stakeholders distinguish current information from earlier plans and announcements.

Under its defined token model, APC has a total supply of 10 billion tokens, with 2.5 billion APC, representing 25% of the total supply, scheduled for release at the Token Generation Event (TGE).

The remaining supply is governed by allocation-specific lock-up and vesting arrangements, including quarterly token releases.

Beyond these figures, the document provides information on circulating supply, its calculation methodology, and the monthly release schedule for each allocation.

This distinction is important because tokens scheduled for release are not necessarily equivalent to tokens classified as circulating under applicable exchange methodologies.

By maintaining these disclosures in one location, APC aims to make it easier for readers to understand how its token distribution framework operates and how supply changes over time.

The contract address and corresponding blockchain-explorer record should be treated as final once the deployed contract has been formally confirmed.

Supply Controls

The defined maximum supply of APC is 10,000,000,000 APC.

The APC token model does not provide for additional issuance beyond this amount.

For technical transparency, APC distinguishes the defined economic supply policy from the technical capabilities of the deployed smart contract.

Before TGE, APC will disclose whether the deployed token contract contains any:

2. Circulating Supply

Current Circulating Supply

Reporting Date: September 30, 2026

Basis of Calculation

For disclosure purposes, circulating supply is calculated based on APC tokens that have been released from the applicable allocation restrictions and meet the applicable criteria for treatment as circulating supply as of the reporting date.

Tokens that remain subject to lock-up, vesting, or scheduled release restrictions are excluded from the reported circulating supply.

Where released tokens remain subject to restrictions or control that cause them to be excluded from circulating supply under the applicable exchange methodology, such tokens will not be included solely because they have been unlocked or released.

Accordingly, token release and circulating supply should not be interpreted as necessarily equivalent.

The circulating-supply figure on this page will be updated based on the applicable circulation methodology and actual token status.

2.1 Token Allocation

APC has a defined total token supply of 10,000,000,000 APC.

Token allocation

Quarterly Release Convention

Where an allocation is described as vesting linearly, the relevant allocation vests over its stated vesting period, but vested tokens are released at defined three-month intervals rather than through continuous daily unlocking.

This convention is intended to distinguish scheduled quarterly token releases from continuous token unlocking.

2.2 TGE Release

At the Token Generation Event, 2,500,000,000 APC, representing 25% of total token supply, is scheduled for release.

TGE release

The remaining 7,500,000,000 APC is subject to the applicable allocation-specific lock-up, vesting, and release schedules.

The TGE release should not automatically be interpreted as the circulating supply at listing. The reported circulating supply will be determined using the applicable circulation methodology and actual token status.

2.3 Monthly Unlock Schedule

Although APC uses quarterly release intervals for applicable allocations, the schedule below will disclose releases on a month-by-month basis for transparency.

Months without a scheduled token release will be reported as 0 APC.

Schedule Start: Q4 2026

Monthly unlock schedule

The complete calendar-based unlock schedule will be published following confirmation of the exact TGE/listing date and applicable release dates.

3. Foundation-Controlled and Allocation Wallets

The following wallet addresses are designated for the respective token allocations.

Allocation wallets

The designation of an address as an allocation wallet does not by itself indicate that the wallet remains under APC or Foundation control. APC will identify which addresses are Foundation/APC-controlled and, where applicable, distinguish third-party-controlled or investor-controlled addresses.

Wallet balances and relevant blockchain activity may be independently reviewed through the applicable blockchain explorer.

4. Business Plan & Key Milestone Progress

APC's business plan focuses on expanding payment infrastructure, local payment and settlement integrations, enterprise adoption, and the development of infrastructure supporting AI-enabled commerce.

Business-plan progress will be updated periodically and when material changes occur.

8. Token Utility Status

APC is designed as a utility token supporting access to and participation in the APC payment ecosystem.

The availability and implementation of individual token utilities may depend on product development, technical implementation, applicable terms, regulatory requirements, and jurisdictional availability.

Features identified as In Development are forward-looking capabilities and should not be interpreted as currently available functionality.

Source of Rewards and Incentives

Applicable rewards are funded from the Ecosystem Incentives Allocation.

Such rewards are not derived from issuer revenue, and no additional tokens are intended to be minted to fund these rewards under the defined token model.

APC is not pegged to any fiat currency or other asset and is not intended to be redeemable by the issuer for a fixed amount of fiat currency or another asset.

9. Disclosure Updates

This disclosure page is intended to provide ongoing transparency regarding material information affecting APC.

APC will update the page when required to reflect changes to token supply, circulation, token releases, allocation wallets, tokenomics, material business plans, smart-contract information, security matters, issuing or operating entities, key personnel, and other material information.

Where a material change occurs, APC will disclose the item changed, details of the change, reason for the change, disclosure date, and effective date, where applicable.
